Join us for the Ramadan Proclamation, where Mayor Ken Welch and the St. Petersburg community gathered at City Hall to mark the coming of Ramadan month. Arqam’s students will perform at the steps of the city hall and share with the St. Pete community the meaning and spirit of Ramadan.
