For the past five years, Arqam’s Academy has proudly presented the Islamic Society of St. Petersburg and actively participated in the City’s annual Proclamation.
Ramadan Proclamation, where Mayor Ken Welch and the St. Petersburg community gathered at City Hall to mark the month of Ramadan. Arqam’s students perform at the steps of the city hall and share with the St. Pete community the meaning and spirit of Ramadan.
